Competition Law
With a built up knowledge and experience in the areas of Competition Law, BAS provides a specialized council service in this area, attentive to European Union Law and National Law, focusing on the prevention of restrictive practices of competition, but also in the monitoring of ongoing procedures. BAS adopts a provision of services articulated with other areas of activity subject to the application of competition and regulatory rules.
