“Law Firm of the Month”

Law Firm of the Month by Advocatus

Advocatus magazine has featured the BAS law firm as “Firm of the Month“. In the year it marks 15 years of activity, the law firm is looking ahead to 2025 with challenges resulting from technological changes, new client expectations, and regulatory issues, and driven by significant transformations, especially in artificial intelligence (AI).

Some of BAS’s objectives include betting on greater action to defend human rights and social and environmental responsibility and developing areas such as Environmental Law and its articulation with Health Law and the Decent Work agenda.

“We will continue to focus on developing our response in Data Protection, first and foremost in the face of the reinforcement of the regulatory framework in terms of personal data and data relating to health, with the European Health Data Area,” explained partner Cláudia Monge in an interview with Advocatus magazine.

“These changes require the development of competencies, in the constant search to guarantee the best training of our resources, in legal terms, but also areas such as technology and management,” she adds.
